As Lead Graphic Designer at Alpharetta’s premier fine arts school I strove to elevate the in house and out of house graphic design. The company’s visual preferences were very engrained but they needed clear, effective design to help communicate the unbelievable amount of information they needed disseminated. Every poster, billboard, and flyer I created sophisticated, clear, and visually interesting content. I also helped them organize their files: headshots, show photos, summer camp; all needed to be sorted, labeled and saved. I built this system to help me do my job, and also allow future employees to easily access old brochures, programs etc. Finally, their website needed to be updated and consolidated. There were pages duplicated throughout the site, a stationary header that allowed for a very little window to actually see the website, and no clear design standard. Within the month I had revised the site into a clear, direct path for students and parents to access whatever information they needed, along with increasing the site traffic to find prospective new students.
